Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days across the UK.

During busy periods (bank holidays, Christmas), delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over £35
• £3.99 flat-rate on orders under £35

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please email us at hello@mytidynest.shop and we'll investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
