How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days across the UK. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £35. Orders below £35 have a flat shipping fee of £3.99.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding to Europe — stay tuned!
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.
How do I start a return?

Are returns free?
For faulty or incorrect items, returns are completely free. For change-of-mind returns, a small return postage fee may apply.
