Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@mytidynest.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return request within 24 hours and provide return instructions
- Send the item back using the provided return label or instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Postage
- Faulty/incorrect items: Free return postage
- Change of mind: Return postage cost is the customer's responsibility
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
